Adventist Health Clear Lake is actively seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to serve in a family health clinic in Lucerne, CA.
The incoming Advanced Providers will work with an experienced clinician who provides continuous and comprehensive services necessary for the promotion of optimal health, prevention and treatment.
Candidate will perform a variety of advanced clinical duties involved in assessing, treating, controlling, and preventing patient illness and disease.
This includes performing physical examinations, administering medications as prescribed and offering coaching and education to meet patient needs.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced clinician who is comfortable working with a varied patient population.
Though principally a full-time position, candidates who are available on a part-time basis or who are newly trained will also be considered.
This position requires an active CA license, BLS, and DEA.
EHR experience is a plus.

About the Medical CenterAdventist Health Clear Lake (AHCL) is a 25-bed Critical Access medical center in Clearlake, California, serving Lake County.
Services include 24-hour emergency care, diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT mammography), home care, ICU, laboratory, maternity, physical rehabilitation, pulmonary rehabilitation, surgery, and ten rural health clinics around the lake that provide primary care, behavioral health, dental care, OB/GYN, pediatrics and specialty health care services.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
